Place a piece of paper on a flat floor against a wall.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil.
Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in millimeters (mm).
Compare this value with the "Foot Length" column in our size chart.

For a true barefoot experience, your toes need room to splay. We recommend choosing a size that provides 5mm to 10mm of extra space beyond your actual foot length. This prevents toe-crowding during dynamic tactical movements.

If your measurement falls exactly between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Tactical barefoot shoes are designed to be secure around the midfoot while remaining spacious in the front; a slightly larger size is always better than one that restricts natural movement.
