BAREFORCE GEAR LIMITED operates an online store specializing in tactical barefoot footwear and related performance gear.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- You must provide proof of purchase
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not due to our error may not be accepted.

Due to our fulfillment model, approved returns may need to be sent to a designated warehouse provided by our support team, and not necessarily to our registered office address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Refunds

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
